RiverSouth Fall Festivals & Halloween!

The Land of Big Fun has you covered this weekend! Take advantage of fall festivals, fright nights and Halloween happenings!

For the family friendly side, it’s The Great Pumpkin Fest at Valleyfair. Tiny terrors can join Snoopy and the rest of the PEANUTS gang for some not-so-scary Halloween activities! Enjoy your favorite rides, live entertainment and great Fall activities Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29.

Haven’t picked out your pumpkin yet?! No problem! Head to Sever’s Fall Festival, this Friday through Sunday, October 29. You can pick your pumpkins, apples and all things fall. All locally grown and produced by Sever’s, of course! And while you’re there, be sure to explore the corn maze and obstacle course. Plus, they have entertainment and fun for the whole family.

For the scarier side, experience the spine-chilling Trail of Terror, on the grounds of the Minnesota Renaissance Festival! This Friday through Sunday, October 29 is your last chance to take a haunted walk or wander through the maze of mayhem.

Think you can outrun a zombie?! Find out on Saturday, October 28 at the Running Dead 5K.

Valleyfair is now ValleySCARE! With more than 75 rides, scare zones and monsters prowling the park, what you can see will scare you. What you can’t see will haunt you… Brave the darkness this Friday through Sunday, October 29 for the thrill of a lifetime.

Start your Halloween festivities at the City of Prior Lake’s Candy Crawl. On Tuesday, October 31 Start at the Prior Lake City Hall to trick-or-treat and pick up your Pumpkin Passport! After City Hall, venture to the Police Station and Library for the first few stops on the Candy Crawl. Your Pumpkin Passport will lead you on an adventure downtown to participating businesses. Don’t forget your treat bag! Costumes for your little goblin are encouraged!
