Liven up the night with Mixed Martial Arts at Mystic Lake Center on Friday, March 2. In a battle for the Lightweight World Title Fight watch LFA Lightweight Champion Robert Watley take on LFA No. 1 Lightweight Contender Brandon Jenkins. The action all starts with Travis Perzynski battling Trey Ogden and the return of “Machine Gun” Kelly Kobold. Get your tickets for this televised event and get ready for an evening of knockouts and takedowns.
Laugh off the week with Robert Kelly and his honest, abrasively funny yet refreshingly vulnerable humor. Coming to Mystic Lake Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3 the comedian is known for his stand up special Robert Kelly: Live at the Village Underground along with appearances in Trainwreck, Maron, Benders, Nurse Jackie and Inside Amy Schumer. Shakopee Chamber of Commerce hosts their annual fundraising event, “Reds, Whites and Brews” on Friday, March 9 at Canterbury Park. This fundraiser gives you an all-access pass to taste some of the greatest wines, beers and bites. Your taste buds will be delighted with samples from area wineries and breweries. Enjoy music, live auction and more.
Mark your calendars for an epic night of country music when the “CMT Next Women of Country presents Sara Evans All The Love Tour featuring RaeLynn and Kalie Shorr” comes to Mystic Lake on Friday, March 16. The 4th annual Next Women of Country Tour is a powerful evening of country music including special guests RaeLynn (“Lonely Call,” “Love Triangle”) and Kalie Shorr (“Fight Like A Girl,” “Two Hands”). Calling all sports fans! For three days in March, Canterbury Park will be the center of sports with the Minneapolis Sports Collectible Show and Autograph Convention brought to you by Cactus League Sports. Friday, March 23 – Sunday, March 25 some of sports’ top luminaries from baseball, basketball and football will be on hand to sign items and memorabilia. We’re talking big sports names like Adam Thielen, Harrison Smith, Rod Carew and many more (celebrity lineup subject to change).
Any fan of rock and roll needs to see KANSAS live. This legendary group is coming to Mystic Lake on Sunday, March 25. You won’t want to miss one of America’s iconic classic rock bands, with hits like “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind” that rock fans of all ages will enjoy.
Mystic Lake is closing out March on a high note with the most memorable stars from season 10 of America’s Got Talent, ventriloquist Paul Zerdin and “Genuine Magic Dragon,” Piff the Magic Dragon (Larry David). On Saturday, March 31, Zerdin will bring to life several characters including pre-adolescent Sam, belligerent OAP Albert and precious infant Baby. Then, experience Piff the Magic Dragon’s jaw-dropping magic tricks as seen on Penn and Teller: Fool Us.
