Watch out for the dark, because you never know what’s lurking at ValleySCARE when monsters and zombies take over. On Fridays and Saturdays October 5 through October 27, plus Thursday, October 18 for MEA, be prepared for Halloween thrills and scares with over 75 rides, haunted mazes and more. Indie band favorites The Avett Brothers are bringing their signature folk-rock sound to Mystic Lake on Thursday, October 11. Spend a foot-stomping, hand-clapping, sing-out-loud evening to hits like “I and Love and You,” “True Sadness” and “Ain’t No Man.”
Are you brave enough for the Trail of Terror? This spooky Halloween tradition is full of haunting attractions including the Wicked Woods Walk, Maze of Mayhem, the Phantom’s Feast and much more. Get your scare on Friday through Sunday from October 12 though October 28.
Famed ZZ Top guitarist Billy F Gibbons is celebrating his solo album, The Big Bad Blues, with a stop at Mystic Lake on Sunday, October 14. The evening will showcase Gibbons’ guitar skills and his lifelong love of the blues. Joining him are special guests Matt Sorum, Austin Hanks and Elwood Francis.
Run for your life at the Running Dead 5K on Saturday, October 20. The course will take you through the woods where Zombies will serve as extra motivation. Afterwards, the living and dead are invited to celebrate at the Zombie Bash. The race also includes admission to the Trail of Terror.
Join famed a cappella group Straight No Chaser on Friday, October 26, as they kick off their US tour at Mystic Lake. The “One Shot Tour” is a celebration of their decade of success and will delight audiences of all ages.
SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE is returning to the road and stopping at Mystic Lake on Sunday, October 28. Watch season 15’s Top 10 contestants perform their show-stopping routines and special original pieces choreographed for the tour.
